Part 2 of our Foundation Jumps module series
Part 1 is not necessary in order to train along with part 2.
This module includes
- Cardio warm up
- Targeted Strengthening
- Targeted Flexibility
- Fun and inspiring goal setting games
- Drills for side leaps/straddle jumps/box leaps/ tilt jumps and turning jetés
Equipment needed-
- Theraband or stretch band
- Block
- Barre
- Paper and pencils
Also suited to the older dancer who wants to freshen up on strength and flexibility for jumps and leaps.
